PhD Student in cognitive neuroscience //
freelance sport psychologist

Hi, I'm a PhD student in cognitive neuroscience doing research on mental imagery. Whenever you re-experience episodes of your life, say, seeing the northern lights for the very first time or the way your body felt after finishing your first marathon, you’re likely having a mental image! I'm especially interested in inter-individual differences of mental imagery and how it can help you learn and perform. In a past life I was clearing hurdles for a living on a 400m track and am still passionate about sports in general - not only track & field!

Sport Psychology

As mentioned, I was a hurdler once and literally learned a few things about overcoming obstacles. During and after my sports days I earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology, a Master of Science in philosophy and neuroscience and completed my sport psychological training at the Center for Mental Excellence in Innsbruck, Austria. In my spare time I aim to use my athletic and academic experience to support you on your journey to successful performance while keeping your balance. Get in touch to find out how sport psychological training can help your personal goals — regardless whether they are related to sports, business or any other field!
